Marantec’s Battery Backup System 700 is compatible with all Synergy RDD operators and allows illuminated garage door operation during power outages when using the wall control panel. All Marantec openers have battery backup availability. When installed in California, SB-969 and Health and Safety Codes 19890 and 19892 requires battery backup during installation.
